An authority on good design
Our name is inspired by F.R.S. Yorke's celebrated book ‘The Modern House’ (1934), which introduced Modern Movement architecture to a British audience. As the agency has developed, we've become recognised as experts on modern architecture and design. We have gone on to publish two of our own books on the subject, and our co-founder Matt Gibberd has written a third book on the five timeless design principles that the homes we sell tend to pay attention to.
